At both centres, you will participate in our Summer Explorer course – an all-inclusive programme of English language lessons, activities and study tours. Mixing with students from all over the world, providing opportunities to communicate in English and make lifelong friendships.

One week of the Explorer More course will be spent at our Bell St Albans centre, the home of our year-round courses. This spectacular campus provides a peaceful and safe setting, within close proximity of London. Students will get to explore our capital city during their stay.

The one week stay at Bell St Albans can be taken before or after the Bell Badminton School stay.

Two weeks of the Explorer More course will be spent at Bell Badminton School, new for 2024. Situated in the heart of Bristol, this centre is close to the wonders of the UK’s west coast, allowing students to enjoy a culturally rich experience.

The two week stay at Bell Badminton School can be taken before or after the Bell St Albans stay.

    Science Museum London

    The Science Museum is the most visited science and technology museum in Europe. There are over 15,000 objects on display, including world-famous objects such as the Apollo 10 command capsule and Stephenson’s Rocket.

    Students can experience what it is like to fly or blast off into space in their stunning 3D and 4D simulators. They can also watch a film on a screen taller than four double-decker buses in the IMAX 3D Cinema.

    Bristol Museum

    Bristol Museum is a fantastic place to explore history, art, and nature all in one visit. You’ll find exhibits ranging from ancient Egyptian artefacts to fossils and local wildlife displays.

    Stonehenge

    At the visitor centre, students can explore life from the Stone Age with replicas of Neolithic homes and learn more about the people who built Stonehenge. It’s a step back in time to one of Britain’s most intriguing places.
